A resin driveway is only ever as good as what goes under it. John built Resinated Driveways & Landscaping on that idea — that the survey, the drainage assessment and the engineered base matter as much as the finished surface, because they're what decides whether it performs for a decade or fails in a couple of winters.

So every job starts the same way: John comes out, measures up, and assesses the ground and the drainage before a single figure is quoted. There's no fixed per-square-metre price, because no two driveways sit on the same ground. Then our own in-house team — every installer with at least five years' resin experience — engineers a SuDS-compliant pervious base and hand-trowels the resin to a seamless 20mm finish.

The resin itself is a BBA-certified, UV-stable system, independently tested to -50°C. Permeable, so it drains rather than puddles; UV-stable, so it keeps its colour; and cold-rated, so a Yorkshire winter holds no fear. All of it sits behind a 10-year guarantee covering loose stones, cracking, UV degradation, frost damage and workmanship.

The reviews tell the same story from the client's side. And we try to do a little good with it. One percent of every project goes to our Community Care Fund, supporting elderly and disabled residents locally. It's a small thing, built into how we price and run the business — but it means that when you have a driveway laid, a little of it goes back into the community.
