What we do

Resin, paving and landscaping, done properly.

From our flagship resin bound driveways to block paving, natural stone, artificial grass and full landscape schemes — plus large-scale commercial resin surfacing UK-wide. Every job is surveyed properly, built on an engineered base and backed by a 10-year guarantee.

01Service

Resin Bound Driveways

Our flagship surface. A UV-stable, BBA-certified resin bound system, hand-troweled to a smooth, seamless 20mm finish and rated for vehicular use, laid over an engineered pervious base. Because it's permeable, rainwater drains straight through — no puddles, no loose gravel migrating across the drive, and SuDS-compliant by design. Independently tested down to -50°C, it's built for Yorkshire winters, and every driveway is backed by our 10-year guarantee.

02Service

Resin Bound Patios

The same UV-stable resin bound system laid as a patio or entertaining space — a smooth, joint-free surface that's comfortable underfoot, low-maintenance and permeable, so it drains rather than pooling. Choose from a range of natural aggregate blends to suit the house and garden, edged crisply against planting, lawn or paving.

03Service

Resin Bound Pathways

Garden paths and pedestrian routes in resin bound surfacing, laid to link the parts of a garden or approach a door cleanly. The finish is smooth and slip-resistant, permeable so it stays dry, and seamless so there are no joints to trip on or weeds to force their way through — ideal where accessibility and a tidy line both matter.

04Service

Block Paving Systems

Where a block finish is the right call, we lay permeable and traditional block paving in herringbone and patterned layouts, set on a compacted, well-drained base with engineered edge restraints so the paving carries weight and stays level. A hard-wearing, classic surface for driveways and paths, laid to falls that drain.

05Service

Porcelain Paving

Supply and installation of porcelain paving for patios and gardens. Porcelain is dense, frost-proof and dimensionally precise, giving crisp joints and a low-maintenance, stain-resistant surface. Laid on a proper bed and sub-base, to falls that drain away from the house.

06Service

Indian Stone Paving

Natural Indian sandstone supply and laying for patios, terraces and garden paving — a warm, characterful stone with natural riven texture and tonal variation. Excavated, based and laid to correct falls on a consolidated sub-base, jointed to stay put through the seasons.

07Service

Artificial Grass Systems

Artificial lawn installation with proper sub-base integration, so the surface sits level, drains freely and lasts. A hard-wearing, all-year-green finish for low-maintenance gardens, family lawns and shaded areas where natural turf struggles — often laid alongside resin paths and paving as part of one scheme.

08Service

Natural Turf Installation

Traditional turf laying for a natural lawn — the ground prepared, levelled and dressed, then quality turf laid and butted tight so it roots and establishes cleanly. The soft, living counterpoint to hard landscaping, laid as part of a wider scheme or on its own.

09Service

Fencing & Boundary Systems

Timber, panel and boundary fencing supplied and installed — posts concreted in so they stand true, panels aligned and levelled. Built as part of a landscape scheme to define boundaries, add privacy and give the garden its edges, or as a standalone replacement of a tired old fence line.

10Service

Exterior Lighting Infrastructure

Outdoor lighting design and installation — the cabling, fittings and layout to light a driveway, path, patio or planting safely and attractively after dark. Designed into a scheme from the start so the infrastructure sits neatly under the finished surfaces rather than being an afterthought.

11Service

CNC Stone & Resin Emblems / Patterns

Custom decorative inlays and patterned surface design — CNC-cut emblems, motifs, borders and lettering set into stone or resin. A distinctive finishing touch for a private driveway or a branded commercial entrance, cut precisely and integrated into the surface so it reads as one considered piece of work.

12Service

Soft & Hard Landscaping Integration

Full landscape schemes that combine the hard and the soft — paving, resin, planting, irrigation and soil profiling, designed and built as a single coordinated project. One team from survey to handover, so the surfaces, the levels, the drainage and the planting all read as one finished garden rather than a collection of separate jobs.

13Service

Sub-Base Engineering (Engineered Solutions)

The engineering under the surface — a proprietary pervious concrete blend sub-base, prepared to suit the site, plus site survey, drainage assessment and SuDS-compliant base design. Most of the value in a resin driveway is invisible: get the base and the drainage right and the surface performs for decades; get them wrong and no amount of good resin will save it.

14Service

Commercial Resin Bound Surfacing

Large-scale resin bound surfacing for commercial and public settings — hospitals, retail parks, schools, care homes, workplace entrances, public walkways and large developments — with full project management from survey to handover. Permeable and SuDS-compliant, hard-wearing and slip-resistant, and installed to programme. Our commercial clients include Bradford Royal Infirmary, The Oasis Health Club, The Glen Nursing Home, Bupa Care Home Harrogate, GC Motors and Dwellant.

15Service

Resin Repair & Refurbishment

Repair and overlay of aged or failing resin surfaces — for residential driveways and commercial car parks alike. Where a resin surface has started to fail through loose stones, wear or a poor original base, we assess it, put the groundwork right where needed, and overlay or repair to bring it back to a sound, seamless, permeable finish.

16Service

Installation Support & Subcontracting

A white-label installation service for other trades and contractors who need resin bound surfacing laid to standard, plus support for newly qualified resin installers finding their feet. Our in-house team — every installer with at least five years' resin experience — carries the work under your banner, from base to finished surface.

What sets the resin apart

A specification you can hold us to.

“Resin bound” can mean very different things. Ours is a certified, tested, permeable system laid on an engineered base — here's what that actually means, and why it's the part that lasts.

UV-stable, BBA-certified resin

Our resin bound system is BBA-certified — independently assessed by the British Board of Agrément — and UV-stable, so it holds its colour rather than yellowing. Laid to 20mm and rated for vehicles.

Tested to -50°C

The system has been independently tested to withstand temperatures down to -50°C, well beyond anything a Yorkshire winter delivers — which is why frost damage is covered by the 10-year guarantee.

Permeable & SuDS-compliant

Resin bound is permeable: water passes straight through the surface and the pervious base beneath. That makes every installation SuDS-compliant, with no standing water and no run-off across boundaries.

Engineered pervious base

The value is under the surface. We prepare a proprietary pervious concrete blend sub-base, designed off a proper survey and drainage assessment, so the surface on top drains and stays put for the long term.

How it works

Survey, engineered base, guaranteed handover.

The full process

01

Survey & drainage assessment

John comes out, measures up and assesses the ground and the drainage — the part that decides whether resin performs or fails. We design a SuDS-compliant, pervious base to suit the site, then put a clear proposal to it. There's no fixed per-square-metre price because no two driveways are the same; you get a considered quote for the actual job.

02

Base engineering & installation

Our in-house team excavates, lays and compacts a proprietary pervious concrete blend sub-base, sets the edges, and hand-trowels the BBA-certified resin bound surface to a smooth, permeable 20mm finish. Every installer has a minimum of five years' resin experience, and the work is spread across a straightforward 4-stage payment plan.

03

Handover & 10-year guarantee

We walk the finished job with you and hand over. Every installation is covered by a 10-year guarantee against loose stones, cracking, UV degradation, frost damage and workmanship — so if anything we laid isn't right, you have it in writing that we'll put it right.

Before you call

Questions we're asked most.

Do you charge for a survey or quote?

No. John comes out, measures up, assesses the ground and the drainage, and puts a considered, no-obligation proposal to it. Because every driveway is different, we quote the actual job rather than a headline per-square-metre rate.

Is resin bound built to last through winter?

Yes. Our resin bound system is BBA-certified and independently tested to withstand temperatures down to -50°C — well beyond a Yorkshire winter — and every installation is backed by a 10-year guarantee.

Does resin bound drain, or will I get puddles?

It drains. Resin bound is permeable, so water passes straight through the surface and the pervious base beneath — making our installations SuDS-compliant, with no standing water and no run-off.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Loose stones, cracking, UV degradation, frost damage and workmanship. If any of those go wrong on work we've laid, you have it in writing that we'll come back and put it right.

How do you spread payment?

Across a clear 4-stage plan — 10% on booking, 30% at groundwork, 40% at installation and 20% on completion — so what you pay tracks the work that's been done.

Who lays the work?

Our own in-house team, every installer with a minimum of five years' resin experience — so the people who quote your job are the people laying it.

Not sure which surface is right?

That's what the free survey is for. John will assess the ground and the drainage, set out your options, and put a clear proposal to it — with no fixed per-square-metre pricing.
