Free survey & drainage assessment
John comes out, measures up and assesses the ground and the drainage — the part that decides whether resin performs or fails. We work out the SuDS-compliant base the site actually needs, then put a considered proposal to it. There’s no fixed per-square-metre rate, because no two driveways sit on the same ground; you get a real figure for the actual job, and often more than one option. As Wally Wallace’s review notes, John “gave us three cost options, which very helped.”

The stage that decides everything
Engineered pervious base
Most of the value in a resin driveway is invisible. Our in-house team excavates to depth, removes the spoil, sets the levels and builds a proprietary pervious concrete blend sub-base — so the finished surface drains through it rather than sitting on top. Laid and troweled to 20mm
BBA-certified resin installation
With the base right, our team hand-trowels the BBA-certified, UV-stable resin bound surface to a smooth, seamless 20mm finish, rated for vehicles and permeable throughout. Every installer has a minimum of five years’ resin experience. anne walmsley’s review describes the experience: John “kept me updated daily throughout each stage of the work.”

On completion, and for ten years after
Handover & 10-year guarantee
We walk the finished job with you, clear the site and hand over. Then it’s covered: every installation carries a 10-year guarantee against loose stones, cracking, UV degradation, frost damage and workmanship. The final stage of the 4-stage payment plan is settled only once you’ve seen the finished work and you’re happy — it’s the reassurance a rating alone can’t give you.
