Every installation we lay is covered by a 10-year guarantee — against loose stones, cracking, UV degradation, frost damage and workmanship. It's only sensible to offer when the resin is BBA-certified, tested to -50°C, and laid on an engineered base you can trust.

Our resin bound surfacing uses a BBA-certified system, independently tested to withstand temperatures down to -50°C — proven to hold up through Yorkshire winters.

SuDS-compliant & permeable
Resin bound is a permeable surface, so our installations are SuDS-compliant — rainwater drains straight through, with no standing water and no planning headaches.
1% to the Community Care Fund
We give 1% of every project to our Community Care Fund, supporting elderly and disabled residents across the local area.

The 10-year guarantee
Exactly what's covered.
If an installation we've laid fails within ten years on any of the points below because of our system or our workmanship, we'll come back and put it right. This sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.
What we cover
- Loose stones — the aggregate staying bound into the surface, not migrating across the drive.
- Cracking of the resin bound surface we have installed.
- UV degradation — the finish holding its colour rather than yellowing or fading in sunlight.
- Frost damage — the surface withstanding freeze-thaw, backed by a system tested to -50°C.
- Workmanship — the quality of the installation and the engineered base beneath it.
What it doesn't cover
- Fair wear and tear, staining, or lack of routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Damage from third parties, ground movement outside our works, or loads beyond the design use.
- Surfaces or materials installed by others, or areas we were not asked to prepare or lay.
- Alterations or repairs to our work carried out by someone else.

A five-star review tells you a past customer was happy. A written 10-year guarantee tells you what happens if you're not — and it's only sensible to offer when the resin is certified and the base is engineered to last.
